We are the specialist for separation processes for physical-chemical treatment, in particular solvolysis on a material basis.

Climate change, littering or CO2 pollution are just a few of the issues that should concern our society and thus all people!

sbr - procedure

The unique sbr - Procedure enables diverse development perspectives. The now variable process can be used on most thermoplastics and has a very high cleaning potential. That sbr - The process is based on dissolving the target polymer, which is then freed from degradation products and dirt at the molecular level. The liquids specially developed for this purpose are largely label-free in accordance with chemical law and transport regulations, ie no hazardous substances or substances that are harmful to the environment. Because of that sbr - Process safe to operate and environmentally friendly.

With this technological development, the target polymer is separated from the composite on the basis of the generally known possibilities of dissolving. Operating materials such as solvents or water are each recovered almost 100% and are therefore fully circulated.

The system technology is "state of the art" and adapted to the special requirements. As a result it is sbr - Procedure characterized in that in a few steps the production of Recyc l a ten in high quality is achieved.

That sbr - The process is material recycling, which counts towards the recycling rate and differs significantly from the very costly raw material recycling (chemical recycling, e.g. pyrolysis), which is currently not counted towards the recycling rate required by the Packaging Ordinance.

Brief description of the procedure

That sbr - procedure is based on the selective dissolving of individual components of composite materials, in which one or more components are made of plastic. The individual steps of the separation process for physical-chemical treatment are, in particular, material solvolysis, distilling, drying or evaporating, and condensing.

In the process, solvent is added to the composite. Here, the target polymer goes into a suspension with the solvent, the rest remains as a solid.

The resulting liquid/solid fractions are separated in the next step via liquid/solid separation.

The solid fraction is finally dried and is available either as a commodity or for further processing.

The solvent is removed from the target polymer-solvent suspension in various distillation processes. The resulting target polymer is available as a commodity or for further processing.

The recovered solvent is used again for the next separation process.
